To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with Material Management diploma
Minimum 5 - 7 years experience of purchasing background from Electronics Parts Sales and Services
Good knowledge of MS Office with Excel skills and Material Management skills
Knowledge of SAP experience is an added advantage
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels
Strong knowledge and passion about Electronics.
Strong drive, a problem solving approach and challenge diverse topics.
Ability to organise, plan and prioritise
Good English Communication skills and ability to handle customers.
Keep updated of the technology changes in the industry.

About The Role

You are responsible for overall stores operation including buying, in-warding and inventory management etc. You engaged in Purchase order Processing for Principal, Inter-Companies and local and GRN completion of all Vendors. You are responsible for Service and Sales Parts Issue/Delivery of Dealers, MM, Inter companies. Issued to technicians, Region of Service centre and Walk-in Customers of Counter Sales.

You identify defective Parts collection from Technician and Return to Vendors.

Key Specific Accountabilities
Purchase order Processing for Principal, Inter-Companies and local
GRN completion for all Vendors
Service and Sales Parts Issue/Delivery to Dealers, MM, Inter companies. Issued to technicians, Region – Service centre and Walk-in Customers of Counter Sales.
Defective Parts collection from Technician and Return to Vendors.
Physical Stock Verification for the categories – A, B, C & D
Cannibalization Request Fulfilment, Return and Regularization
Unit Stock Status Update in SAP
Physical Stock Verification
Delivery Posting in SAP
Documentation and Filing
House keeping
